Re-Entry Vocational Help Training and Recovery

Ex-offenders and parolees, HOP has a specially designed program that includes an expert who can help you to get back to work, in deference to your offender's, criminal record or history. Along with vocational, resume and interviewing training, you will receive active help with Fee Waivers (designed for individuals with criminal backgrounds); Bonding Information and help: Work Opportunity Tax credits; Help With Creating Applications, that will result in your finding work. HOP also has a list of company's, who hire ex-offenders. So call and let's get you some help too!

Emergency Drop-In One Night Stay

Here is another emergency, 1-night, drop in number to call for those of you who have recently been dispossed from EHC, or have been displaced because of the closing of the Gilroy and Sunnyvale Shelters ... Food Stamps

Q: Can a homeless person receive food stamp benefits?

A: Yes. A person must reside in the county in which an application is filled. However, residence in a permanent dwelling or a fixed mailing addres is NOT required.
