Ex-offenders and parolees, HOP has a specially designed program that includes an expert who can help you to get back to work, in deference to your offender's,  criminal record or history.  Along with vocational, resume and interviewing training, you will receive active help with Fee Waivers (designed for individuals with criminal backgrounds); Bonding Information and help: Work Opportunity Tax credits; Help With Creating Applications, that will result in your finding work.  HOP also has a list of company's, who hire ex-offenders.  So call and let's get you some help too!

Q: Can a homeless person receive food stamp benefits?
