Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter for Homeless Men Re-established

Faith in Action forms 501(c)()3 to fill need for shelter and case management

NOVEMBER 18, 2011--SUNNYVALE, CA—Faith in Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter ("SV Rotating Shelter") announced today that they have formed a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation to provide shelter and other life-enhancing services to homeless men throughout Santa Clara County. The program, targeted to officially begin operating March 1, 2012, will be open to 15 “guests” at a time who may stay in the program for up to 90 days.

Re-Entry One-Stop program in the Elmwood Jail

The Santa Clara County Department of Correction and the Collaborative on Affordable Housing and Homeless Issues have joined forces to implement a new Re-Entry One-Stop program in the Elmwood Jail.
